Jeff Layton

Jeff Layton is the CEO and co-founder of Relosys, a software company dedicated to modernizing the moving and storage industry through practical, purpose-built technology. Drawing on more than two decades of leadership in technology, operations, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, Jeff specializes in turning complex industry challenges into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accountability, and the customer experience.

At Relosys, Jeff leads the technology and product strategy behind Tagdd+ Movers and LaborNet. Tagdd+ Movers transforms the inventory process by combining intuitive mobile workflows with RFID, NFC, and artificial intelligence, giving moving professionals more accurate, real-time visibility throughout the move lifecycle. LaborNet provides a centralized labor-management platform that helps moving companies, drivers, and labor professionals coordinate jobs, validate credentials, manage qualifications and background checks, and support increasingly complex compliance requirements.

Before founding Relosys, Jeff held senior technology leadership positions with Ace Relocation Systems, Lytx, NuVasive, Verizon, and other organizations. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, modernized enterprise technology environments, and led large-scale operational and digital transformation initiatives.

Jeff holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
