Agents and Drivers paying via their statements may select up to 2 months to pay their registration fee. Registration MUST be paid in full by Sept. 30, 2026.
Example: Register to attend in June 2026, will qualify for 2 months to pay off the registration fee. Register in August 2026, will not qualify for a payment plan.
Hotel reservations are not included in the payment plans.
If you chose to pay for your registration via your agent statement, the first payment will be deducted the following month. Example: You register in April, it will appear on your May statement.
Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee and should be made directly with the airlines. If you fly into O’Hare International Airport, Loews does offer a shuttle service. Learn More Here.
The Summit is a casual feel. No ties or sport coats. Because the conference area can be cool we encourage you to bring a sweater or light jacket.
Friday, September 4, 2026, is the last date to register.
To make changes or cancel your reservation, you MUST do so by July 31, 2026. Any reservation canceled prior to July 31, 2026, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued as of August 1, 2026.
