Engagement Opportunity

To help drive meaningful interaction between exhibitors and attendees, the NVL Agent Summit will feature a participation event designed to ensure attendees visit and engage with each exhibitor.

This activity is designed to drive traffic to exhibitor booths, create a high-energy experience, and give every exhibitor additional visibility during the Summit.

How It Works

Each attendee will receive raffle tickets to use throughout the Meet & Greet Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening. As they visit exhibitor tables, they will have the opportunity to drop a ticket into the raffle container at booths they engage with. This creates a fun and interactive way to encourage conversations, product demonstrations, and relationship building.

Exhibitor Spotlight Opportunity

Exhibitors who bring a raffle prize will be invited on stage to:

  • Give a 2–3 minute overview of their company, service, or product

  • Draw the winning raffle ticket for the prize they are providing

This provides a valuable opportunity to speak directly to the full Summit audience while highlighting what your company offers.

During the exhibitor registration process, you will have the opportunity to tell us what prize you plan to bring. This allows us to showcase the prizes ahead of the event and promote them in future communications to attendees.
